As for studying  M. Sc in clinical research a two year course you be eligible in any of these ug courses:

-Life Sciences such as

Biochemistry

Pharmacology

Toxicology

Biotechnology

Microbiology

Botany or Zoology

-Doctors (M.B.B.S./ B

.D.S./ B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S./ B.V.Sc./ B.S.S.M.)

-Bachelors in Physiotherapy, Pharmacists (B.Pharm., M.Pharm.)

For admission in Tata memorial centre, mumbai you have to appear in written test and only after getting atleast 50%in the written exam you will be called for interview. The questions asked are multiple choice questions with negative marking and syllabus will be clinical research methods,basic sciences and general knowledge.

It's better if you get the main campus of CUSAT. Apart from that indeed there is much competition in International School of Photonics but for special courses like what you want is 5-year Integrated M Sc. You may get the seat and it entirely depends on the counselling day. Suppose

Yes, you can get admission for BSc./MSc. Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics. But it might notbe in the first list itself. So you might have to wait. But don't worry. You'll finally get a seat in the college.

According to last year cut off and rank , the chance of admission is very less . But you must wait for 2nd or 3rd round  counciling . But admission chances are negligible . You can check cut off list and rank in link given below.

your scores are really good. however every year cutoff changes and it depends on the questions difficulty level. last yer cutoff was for general category 96+ .

so as per last year score you have fair chances.
