As per the eligibility to take the admission for M.Sc Chemistry, You should have 45% marks in Honours subject in case of Chemistry with pass marks in Mathematics at subsidiary level. You can also refer the below given link for the further information.

So you cannot do criminology and crime justice post graduate
But you can start from under graduate in criminology and make your career
