The eligibility demands for MSc in Food technology is Graduation with 50% marks with Chemistry/Biochemistry/Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Home Science/Agriculture/Food Science and Nutrition/Food Technology or equivalent CGPA.

As govt rule you can get only one scholarship which one you want.
You can apply for multiple scholarship but can get only one scholarship that you choose which one you want.

If you work hard on your CAT percentile , then you can definitely get a call.

But, being a little practical, i would suggest you to keep other options open . The candidates selected in IIMs or FMS have a good profile which may prove to be negative
