MSC Life science eligibilty criteria is

BSC degree with major/ honours in life sciences or in any other related life sciences bioscience/ botany/ zoology.

atleast 50%marks should be scored for open category and 45% maks for SC & ST.

If you want to pursue an MSc, then you must choose a good college to do so. There is a lot of competition in the top colleges. And also they conduct their own exams (most of them). Also you must have good grades in BSc.
