As per my view you should complete your post graduation and prepare for competitive exams. Post graduation will open many opportunities for you incase you don't make it to competitive exam.

Also preparation along with your pg can be done. You can start preparing basics like quantitative aptitude,

However, after completing your B.sc in Chemistry, Yes you can apply for IIT JAM to get admission in M.sc Chemistry.

JAM 2018 has already been conducted on February 11.

Greetings!

Most of the colleges does not consider Botany as an eligible subject to get admission in Msc. Fisheries and Aquaculture.
One should have Bachelor of Fisheries Science/ Fisheries / Zoology form a recognised University
