All it depends your interest, as the name suggest food quality assurance has very limited application, just quality assurance, that too in foods/flavors/dairies that will be the extend of your job opportunities. 

 

The other degree food science and technology has much wider scope, it opens the door to production floor,

It depends on which field you have  interest in. You can choose MBA if you want to shift your interest in management sector.
Also if you have to remain in sciences then Msc is the option for you.

You can do Msc in Physics, Maths etc..

They both are related but exactly not one. So quality assurance is limited to favours/dairies and quality whereas food technology is vast and may include quality as well.

So will suggest you to choose Food technology course.

This totally depends upon your interest. Scope is equally good for both in India.
It a game of Maths. Out of both you can choose Physics if you are good at both.

You can choose Msc life sciences as it shall cover environmental sciences as well but environmental science will be a specific course.

The scope is limited for environmental science but vast for life sciences.
