Yes you can pursue Msc in botany or zoology after competing bsc in Microbiology under the registered univeristy of india.
Msc zoology is a two year postgraduate program which is dedicated for the study of Animals and if you want to pursue Msc in botany then it is the study dedicated to plants and plant kingdom.
Basic eligibity: The candidate must be bsc graduate .

MSc Industrial engineering is a 2 years post graduation course, in which students are trained to convert raw materials (oil, natural gas, air, water, metals, and minerals) into different products.
For the eligibility criteria, candidates should complete their BSc degree in subjects like Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Microbiology at any registered University and have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent in their Bachelor's.
Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Gorakhpur University or simply University of Gorakhpur is located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The University of Gorakhpur is a teaching and residential-cum-affiliating University.
The admission is taken through DDU entrance test.
