I would undoubtedly choose vit and that too integrated biotechnology as vit does a brand name and your chances of getting placed increases when you will be done with your masters. On the other BTech in biotechnology in sathyabama University is of no use as it won't help

Both these colleges are pretty much average in biotechnology branch so I genuinely don't think it would make a hell of a difference. But if to choose one I would go with the integrated msc course as that would be all together a better thing to do for
