The scope of instrumention is little bit increasing so I would suggest you to pursue Instrumentation in MSC. Beacuse you had already studied intrumentation so it would be easy for you. On the other hand if choose another subject then it would be little bit tough for you.

As of now there is no course introduced called astrobiotechnology in colleges but they do have researched about astrobiotechnology you can look into it. Other than that you have various opportunities in biotechnology.
