Pursuing Msc after completion of BSc in biochemistry is a great option as after it's completion you can go for PhD as well as Teaching sector. You can also go in research field if you're more interested in deep knowledge.

Yes you can opt for M.Sc in Radiology after completing B.Sc in Physics
