please mention the entrance exam, name of m.sc courses which you are going to appear. in india there is many  msc entrance test happens every year, some of the top university is delhi university, banaras hindu university, iit-jam, punjab university entrance test etc. you may follow the below link

If you have physics,chemistry and bio, you can apply for masters in biotechnology.
