MD is a post graduate degree in medical field you have to first pursue MBBS to enroll in MD course,

You can choose other options or fields in MSc after completing your MSc and can go for PHd in some other field,which you find interesting but for MD

Yes, you can definitely do B.Ed along with your masters from IGNOU.You just have to apply for B.Ed from IGNOUs official website.

PG means post graduate which means master level of a graduation stream. Like Btech is for graduation and Mtech is for masters which is known as PG.
