Yes you can do MSc nursing through distance education or correspondence.
In this you don't have to attend regular classes just practical and assignment are important.
The fees structure vary with college
Fees range for 2 years MSc nursing will be around 50000/- to 250000/-.

You can apply for Msc from IIT by giving IITJAM exam for which you can buy Previous years IITJAM papers and solve them since its level is good so if you prepare for IITJAM exam you can crack other exams easily you can aso go for DU Msc Entrance

From job perspective clinical research is a better course. However its an expensive course. But with good marks and knowledge you can get a job at a very earlier stage. However msc biotech will not fetch you any job and you may have to continue further studies and add on
