Last year cut off for Msc chemistry was 254 in Bits Hyderabad.So may be in last round you will get admission as per my knowledge.

the banglore university does ot provided any official information regarding the application form for msc entrance exams.however last year the date for this was between 9 july to 23 july so it has ggod chance to be announced in this month . so keep checking there official website
