I have scored 172 marks in pet 2019 for msc biochemistry and my general rank is 195 and open male category rank is 70. Is there any chance?

According to last year cut off of BHU PET program there is chance of getting admission in the main campus , but not full chance of getting admission. You can wait for the 2nd or 3rd round counciling for admission. You need to visit official website regularly

It would be difficult to provide you the information about the cutoff and chances as officially there is no information about it. But in 2017 the cutoff rank of OBC was around 600-700. So I am sorry to say there are very less chances. You can refer the

It is necessary to appear for the exam if the course you opt for demands for it. But you can try approaching the University (whichever branch you prefer) in person and enquiring for the details. As that might work in special cases.

The syllabus for entrance exam in M.SC  chemistry is usually same as your undergraduate syllabus.all you need to do is practice more the syllabus of bsc and solve previous year question papers.

  • General : 255
  • ST : 45
  • BHU General : 95
  • BHU ST : 10
