1. ONGC---there is good scope in it but its like allowed only up to staff level. The exam you need to clear is GATE and then followed by interview...

You have decent chances of getting a seat in Bangalore University for Msc life science.  Although I wouldn't assure you it. The seats aren't low enough to not accomodate a person with those grades. I would advise you to keep your hopes up till the first merit

Master of Science is a 2 year Post graduation degree . The Basic eligibility is one should have completed Bachelor of science degree. In Bachelor of Science you will have a core subject related to your group. You can study MSc only on that particular group or domain

Institute does not matter if you want to pursue your career in teaching. As it depends only on your score in NET. And for NET you don't need to do P.hd. You can give it by doing only master's.
