The eligibility criteria for PhD in Gujarat University is that candidate should have at least 55% in Master's Degree, for other candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/SEBC Category, there's relaxation for 5%, they can apply with 50% in Master's Degree from recognized university.

Hi Subham,

Since you have completed your bachelors in a private college, there is no absolutely no reason that you cant do your masters from a government college. Students have to secure minimum 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
