Yes you can. Yes it would be a bit difficult to study after MA Geography. But you need not to worry because in GIS there is no much calculations to do. Be confident and go ahead with your decision.

PSG as of now do not have any courses in MSc applied electronics. They have major courses in B.Tech and B.E and M.Tech and M.E . Speaking of M.Sc courses they only have M.Sc in Applied Maths, M.Sc in Theoretical Computer Science, M.Sc in Software Systems and M.Sc

The opening and closing rank for NEET 2019 is 701 and 134 respectively. So, comparing the cutoff, 433 has a fair chance to get BAMS. However, you cannot be very sure as there is lots of competition and seats are limited. Yet, try your luck
