Your changes of getting this course at this much score in CUSAT examination is very low. You should better apply for other colleges through other examinations that you have given this year. You should go for private colleges also, some of these are :

well the cutoff changes every year .And for 2018 i guess it was approx 150-200 in between somewhere for M.Sc in food science.But Im not sure about that very much.You can check the link below for more information.I think you should wait for the exact cutoff from BHU

Well you scored very good rank but I think that this rank is not much sufficient for getting admission in cusat under the cusat cat entrance examination for MSC this is analysis is totally based on the last few years result and cutoff trends..
