it will not create much trouble in examnation, you will get a paper of mechanical engineering only. However during counselling process, you need to correct it as mechanical engineering by showing proper documents and change it from mechanical science.

Firslty getting too many degrees really don't help much. You are doing B.Tech in civil engineering. Shifting from civil background to MCA all of a sudden without having prior experience in computer science, is not wise choice. You can do however, there is no issue with that. And
