to appear for GATE one should atleast possess B.Tech degree or appearing for it. Hence in the form also it is not showing M.Tech as seperate qualofication. So you need to select integrated option and while document verification you need to show your m.tech degree.

It is very difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in a desired branch because seats are allotted based on candidate's preferences, merit rank, category and seat availability. In first round definitely few seats will be filled and getting a seat depends on your rank, category and preference.
