see mba and mtech is two different lines of study, where mba admission is based on cat/mat or any other management entrance test. mtech admission is generally based on gate score or the entrance test conducts by the respective college.
now coming to the two different courses, there is
see as per ugc rules a students can enroll for two programs at a time, however between the two program one should be full time and other should be on distance learning or part time course. as for ugc rules one students can not go for two full time
