There are around 16 specialization offered under M.Tech programme of IIST such as Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics, Quantum Technology, Structures and Design, Thermal and Propulsion, Digital Signal Processing, etc.
Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree background in a relevant programme, GATE, For the Graduate Aptitude Exam in Engineering (GATE), students have to register and appear and secure a valid rank. Students will have to enrol for the centralized counselling (CCMT) and select IIITDMJ as their choice of institution to study. The candidate is shortlisted based on the test merit.
