You will not be eligible to get admission for MTech as you don't hold graduation for BTech. There is the learning path and it is unique for different degree.  For example:-

10th-> 12th-> BE/BTech-> MTech(Specialization)-> PhD(research)-> job.

Job option is also available after UG and PG course completion.

see admission in m.tech courses in kiit is done by kiitee entrance test as well as gate score, now civil engineering has 4 specialization and each one has 18 seats, for structural engineering has 18 seats, however GATE qualified candidates shall be accorded preference in the process of selection.
