For admission in ME in very large scale integration design of circuit design in BITS Pilani cut off for the last year it was 690 as cutoff for admission. Generally the cutoff trends the last two previous years it was 650 to 700 of gate scoring. ME in VLSI is a 2 years postgraduate course under the domain of electronics Engineering for very large scale integration of circuit design. Total course is based on electronic Engineering. To take admission in this course in BITS Pilani every years cut off.is changed . Very high scoring in GATE is acceptable for taking admission in this ME in VLSI in BITS Pilani.
