The courses offered  by VIT Vellore is as follows:

Hi, Yes the course she chose is broad and she will be able to have multiple job opportunities because of the vast syllabus she has studied. The only recommendation for your daughter would be to do internships and take part in every extra- curricular activities that she enjoys. This will build her resume/CV which would give her a upper hand during the job interviews. Thank you.

I dont think it would matter, provided you've worked on your Academics in College, Relevant Skills and have a Good Profile overall with Good Grades in BTech/Mtech. Same case with MBA, however your low 12% may lower your chances of securing Top IIMs & Top BSchools, but once in a BSchool, wont affect Placements.

Yes you will be eligible for doing Mtech in IIT Kharagpur. IIT KGP offers Integrated B. Tech-M.Tech, Integrated M. Tech-PhD and PhD programs as well as opportunities for post-doctoral research for it's Biotechnology department and you'll find opportunities according to your preferences.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct Karnataka PGCET 2021 for admissions to the M.Tech programme. The authority will release Karnataka PGCET 2021 application form soon.
