The Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech. Electrical is UG in B.Tech./B.E. in any discipline and 50% aggregate in that.

If you have your UG in Engineering Course, then you can apply for M.Tech. Electrical.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that the eligibility criteria for M.Tech eee is that a students should have obtained B.Tech from a recognized university. Since you have B.Sc IT as your under graduation degree, so you are not eligible for M.Tech eee.
