MUHS
Hello ,
First of all, congratulations on scoring 89% in PCB that’s a solid percentage. Even though your EAMCET rank is 40,000, you still have a chance to get admission into BSc Radiology, depending on the college and seat availability.
Radiology is a paramedical course, and many private colleges and some government colleges offer seats based on your 12th marks, EAMCET rank (only in some states) or some colleges give direct admission or counselling-based
Since you're in general category, competition is slightly higher, but with your marks, you can apply in private medical colleges or universities Also, some private universities offer direct admission based on 12th marks and conduct their own counselling, not through EAMCET.
Wishing you all the best in your medical journey!

For withdrawal of your admission you have to talk to your college management and ask them for the withdrawal procedure. Hope this will help you.

Hi
Yes, you are eligible for Neet examination even if you are in second year of your BHMS and yes if you manage to qualify Neet examination and get a seat in MBBS then you can leave your BHMS seat and can get admission in MBBS
This is because, There is no rule which says that if you are doing bhms or any graduation or leave it in between you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for neet what all one needs is :
* to must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general/ews pwd candidates to be eligible.
So , you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination ,even if you leave bhms in between and after qualifying Neet examination you can get admission in medical colleges for MBBS etc on the basis of rank or marks obtained by you in NEET
But yes,you need to check your college bond which you would have signed while taking admission. You will have to pay penalty amount. As per the page number 40 of official Maharashtra Neet information brochure, if you leave your BHMS seat without completing it then you will have to pay the penalty of 3 lakh rupees.
