IGNOU has its international study centre, though you haven't elaborated much in which country you're in currently, but if choose to enroll in IGNOU then you can perhaps give the exam in your current city also if it has study centre of IGNOU, and the university does offer flexibility,

The cut-off marks for NMIMS Mumbai is around 95-97 percentile( 240 marks approximately) in the Nmat exam(NMAT is a national-level examination which is conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) ).

the closing rank for OBC category was AIR 12081 AT 619 marks.

so it seems improbable that you will get Grant Medical College
