Congrats for getting 82 percentile in JEE mains. On this percentile your OBC Rank will be in range of 50457 - 62607. So there is less chance to get admission in CSE branch in Vidyalankar college Mumbai, but you can get admission in other branch of Vidyalankar college

yes you can, Scoring 500 or above will ensure that you get into a good college through NEET . There are a total of 29 medical colleges in Mumbai out of which 13 are public medical colleges and 16 are private medical colleges .first you have to checkout the cut
Last year, cutoff for CS branch at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai was 174 for general category. for IT branch, it was 169. For outside state domicile student, JEE main score considered for admission.
