your score in NEET is 150, sorry to say but this is quite poor score for general category( assuming you as general category) to take admission in any good college either government or private. Still you got a chance, please follow the link for the cutoffs of all colleges

yes you can,  Scoring 500 or above will ensure that you get into a good college through NEET . There are a total of 29 medical colleges in Mumbai out of which 13 are public medical colleges and 16 are private medical colleges .first you have to checkout the cut
