Hello Gopal Chakrabarti,
Look both the courses are good and both having good carrier opportunities,
After completing BDS you can work as a Dental surgeon in hospitals, Army Dental corps, Territorial Officer in Indian Army, Dentist in Railways and Dental Officer in Indian Navy and Indian Airforce.
If be talking about B pharmacy I think there is a wider scope like you can be a Drug Inspector , you work as a pharmacist in hospitals and in Airforce, Navy .
you can also open your own store , work with refuted company like Cipla ,Man kind, and also with American companies like Eli lily etc.
I think you should go with B pharmacy

Hi, University of Mumbai does not guarantee any one a job placement in any branch. A college takes enough efforts to place most of their students in a company. Other than that it is not their responsibility. This is not only for your branch but for every other branch. If you are not satisfied with a job opportunity you have got from college than you can apply for off campus interviews. Hope this helps.

Dear Chirag ,
Generally, the possibility of chances to get admission in the branch relevant with diploma is better than to get in other branch after diploma . Well, the seat availability case is also involved regarding in this admission procedure . You need to score well in your diploma to get seat in other branch as the seat capacity is not always available for other branches students . Be Aware about your preferred University rule for further procedures !!
Hope this information helps !
