Ive a low score of 47% for Btech(ECE) from Mumbai university. Do Ive any chance for Mtech in any decent clg other than IIT/NIT? If yes, what central and other state exams(since Im from Maharashtra) should I look for?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 1st Apr, 2021

See most of the entrances claims a minimum marks of 50% for UR and 45% for SC/ST. Thus unless you are SC/ST, the possibility of getting eligible is less.

If you are SC/ ST then you are eligible for TANCET, AP-PGCET.

I would recommend you to reappear on some of your papers if possible and increase your aggregate so that the threshold of 50-55% be crossed.

I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

pdwords Student Expert 23rd Mar, 2021

Hello,

By LLB if you mean three year law program, then unfortunately Maharastra National Law University doesn't offer three year LLB course, if offers BA-LLB(hons), LLM, PhD , PG Diploma and in case you want to know about lateral entry option then this doesn't exist in law program, if you wish to pursue integrated law course you have to do it from the first year itself, it's not like after graduation you join it, though you can pursue LLB of three years, you can appear for MAH CET LAW for three year LLB course, stay updated at the official website at http://cetcell.mahacet.org/ to know more details regarding this. or you can also follow our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/mh-cet-law

Other than this you can consider Delhi University which conducts DU LLB, Allahabad University and Banaras Hindu University conduct their own entrance test.

when will the NEP implemented in Mumbai University

Pankhuri Kumari 15th Mar, 2021
Hii!
NEP 2020 will be implemented slowly in all the schools and universities across India. There isn't a particular date as to when a particular unit will implement it because it is a time taking process. NEP will be implemented in a phased manner slowly across country. 2020 wasn't a feasible year to implement it because of the disrupted academic schedule. But, till 2025 all the schools will be rationalised and by 2040 all the Higher Education institutions will become multidisciplinary.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
