i have completed my 1anf 2nd yr Bsc IT graduation from Mumbai University in 2011,2012 resp. now college is not allowing to complete my 3rd year because of time gap. how can i directly enroll for 3rd year Bsc IT or any other OU which are eligible for government job.

I don't think any university/college will allow you to start your course from the third year after having a gap of nearly 10 years. You cannot as such directly enroll on the course as such, be it B.SC IT or any other relevant program. You need to start your
