Music
Hi Swetha,
Both music and dance are better in their respective fields as music is good for your soul and brain relaxation, and dancing is best for your body and mind. You may go for any one which you like the most.
By the way, music and dance are very much interconnected as when you are dancing you are listening to the music at the same time and when you are listening music, you are dancing from inside at the same time.
