Hello, you can enroll as a private student in any of the school in your state and give your 12th exam without attending regular classes if you have passed you 10th and satisfy the age limit. Also for degree programs you can do postal education where you will be provided with the syllabus and notes and you need to physically present only for the exams. As you mentioned that you have been selected into the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagaland so it's quite obvious that you have got that saved through to participating in in josaa counselling held after the declaration of JEE Advanced results.

On the site it was showing only to share the screenshot of the remaining fee because, all the important documents were already submitted during the registration and selection processes prior to final admission.

Since you have domicile of nagaland then your home state is nagaland and after new rule passed in rajasthan, you will not be able to participatein Rajasthan counseling by just doing your 12th here.. . Also I'll suggest you to go for nagaland because cutoff of that state is very less than rajsathan so it will help you to get better college there..

As per the criteria for Rajasthan domicile you must have been in Rajasthan for minimum of 10 years but as you have mentioned in the question that you have passed only class 12th from there so you are not eligible for Rajasthan domicile. Which means that you belongs to the domicile of Nagaland and Nagaland will be your home state for JOSAA counselling process instead of Rajasthan.

I will give you a short comparison of both so that you yourself can decide which one suits you the most.

NIt Nagaland, has been ranked 91 by JEE CUTOFF 2019 for enginering. Depending upon the coure the average package may vry from 6 to 10 lakh per annum. The education level is great with well qualified and helpful teachers(mostly from south india) and the course curriculum is good, relevant and to mke the students industry ready. The food is not that good, speially if you are a vegetarian. It has it's own  hostels, classrooms, administrative building, library etc

JNTU Karimnagar- It has less than 70% placement records (vary with the subject taken) with the highest salary offered for cse department being around 6 lpa. The infrastructure and faculty is good and the course curriculum is good.

The fees for EIE (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) course is around 5.4 lakhs (totally). Placements in EIE are also good. The placement percentage of EIE Department 2020 batch was 100%. The students got selected in both IT sector MNCs and core companies. The average salary package is around 4-5 LPA and the highest package goes up to 9-10 LPA.
