Hello,
I would say NALSAR is better than JINDAL
Jindal Global Law School is also a great choice, it has best faculties
But JGLS doesn’t match the legacy of NALSAR in any way.
NALSAR is better than JINDAL in many parameters
Campus is brilliant, better hostel ,better infrastructure overall,Digital classrooms, Wifi availability, placements are of good and high quality
The only problem is faculty problem
Professors are not up to the standards

Hey,
For getting admissions in NALSAR you should be in top 120 ranks. For general category student cut-off is generally lies between 130 -140. Consider 135 for moderate level. Sometimes if level of exam is easy like in 2016 even 150 score is not sufficient.
Hey Rupabairi
Even if you get admission in Nalsar via the entrance test you will have to pay the fees. The fee structure for various courses vary with with BA LLB costing around 2 lakh per year. However the university has in place regulations for loans, scholarships and fee concessions and provides access to students wanting loans from banks .
You can check out the various schemes they provide by clicking on https://www.nalsar.ac.in/sites/default/files/scholarship-fee-concession-loan-support-to-ba-llb-Hons-regulations.pdf All the best.
Hello Rupabairi
For admission to the UG level BA LLB program, the candidate needs to complete 10+2 level examination from a recognized board and has to qualify the CLAT examination. For obc students the cutoff marks in clat is generally between 110 to 135.
I hope you are clear now. All the best.
See there is no mandatory option for every college or university to reserve the seats for women's only. As per government procedure there is number of percentage secured for women's. Some IITs, NITs and some renowned institute follows it. But most of the cases, this type of reservation also come under the caste reservation.
There is no special cut off for that.
Hope for the best.
Thank you.
Hello
Living in hostel is your choice unless it is a compulsion of the college. Some colleges make it necessary to stay in hostel even if you stay in the same city.
As of now, the last date to apply for CLAT 2020 is July 1st. And we still have few more days to go. And according to an official notice dated May 18th available at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/documents/Notification-of-extension-CLAT-2020.pdf , the statement says that students will be given atleast 21 days prior notice for the exam schedule and this shall be announced atleast by July 1st which is the last day for registration. Now what needs to be considered here is CLAT UG eligibility is based on the marks secured in your 12th. The latest information that we have is that CBSE exams have been cancelled. The CBSE exams that have been scheduled for July 1st to 5th have been cancelled as per CBSE's decision. So NLUs have to decide the calculation of eligibility criteria. Once NLUs decide the exam date you will be able to download your admit card atleast 21 days before the exam is scheduled and then attend the exam. So there is nothing to be worried about because CLAT exam has not bee scheduled yet. Please do post your question sometime next week and hopefully we should have more information for you.
Hello aspirant,
The cut-off changes every year depending on various factors like applications received for admission, performance of candidates and difficulty level of questions. But according to 2019 cut-off trends if you score a rank below 1000 in general category then you can get admission in a good college.
