can i do btech and mtech in nanotechnology in less fees. Can i do it with IIT bombay or guwhati?
Yes definitely! The only bottleneck is that the Indian Institute of Technologies do not offer a Bachelor of Technology course in Nanotechnology. However you can do the course as a Master of Technology degree or MTech degree at a very low price for which Indian Institute of Technologies are famous for. Moreover you'll also get a fellowship amount (around 30,000) each month as a MTech student at the IITs, so it's a great deal for you.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!

btech (nanotechnology) has scope in India?
Hi,
The scope of Nanotechnology is emerging rapidly. As the technology is advancing, nanotechnology is coming up as a stream. If we see the colleges offering nanotechnology in India(B.Tech), then no IIT yet offers this course, but, there are plenty of excellent universities offering this course. On a general note, b.tech nanotechnology finds use in health care industry, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, computing and technology. There is not a wide scope yet in India, but, as it is emerging and gaining popularity, it will surely expand in the next decade.

DOES NIT CALICUT OR SURATHKAL( NANOTECHNOLOGY) IS BETTER FOR PLACEMENTS
Hello,
While it is a bit ambiguous with what you are comparing NIT Surathakal Nanotech. But talking in general, these two colleges are more or less in same level. If a company visits either of the two colleges, it generally visits the other too.
Speaking of general placements, past recruiters of both the colleges features traditional heavyweights. Even in the department like nanoscience. You will be having a secured future and can think of other parameters leaving placements aside.
Personally speaking, I going for NIT Surathakal might be a better option keeping in mind it's location and other things.
Hope it helps.
what are the job opportunities after completing btech nanotechnology and what may be the average salary in india
Hi
As according to the question you have asked as per data It has a big scope in the upcoming generations.
It is the third maximum booming subject when compared with IT and Internet. In India, Bangalore and
Chennai are the producing hub for IT and Medicine. The Indian authorities has already started out

Science and Technology.
One can locate activity as nanotechnologists; professionals or scientists. The areas in which a
nanotechnologist can are searching for employment consist of biotechnology, agriculture, food,
genetics, space studies, medicine and so on. Job opportunities are also to be had in National Physical
Laboratory, Indian Institute of Astrophysics etc. Candidates with Ph.D also can be part of as college
contributors in Universities and schools or studies fields.

How can I become a Nanotechnology Engineer in India? What are the steps?
hey,
if you want to take admission in nanotechnology at the under graduate level then you need to clear the intermediate examination in science stream subjects included are physics, chemistry , biology/mathematics , however no institution in india offers bachelor courses in nanotechnology , candidate holding B.tech degree in material science, mechanical , biomedical, chemical , biotechnology, electronics and computer science or B.S.c in physics, chemistry , mathematics and life sciences can also apply for the postgraduate cousres in nantechnology
as you want to be a nanotechnology engineer and you are finding diificult to go outside from country then i would suggest you to pursue B.tech in any of the branch mentioned above and then go for M.tech in nanotechnology.
here i am listing some colleges offering M.tech in same
1. SRM university, tamil nadu
2. jawaharalal nehru technological university, hyderabad
3. punjab university, chandigarh
4. amity institute of nanotechnology (ANIT), noida uttar pradesh
5. amrita centres for nanosciences , kerala
good luck!
