YES, NMIMS for BBA is a good and decent option for doing BBA. It has all facilities like hostels, nice campus, placement opportunities, academics is also good, good faculty, etc.
I would recommend you to go for NMIMS Mumbai campus as it is a much better one for BBA (as well as for MBA), as compared to others, due to the location advantage, corporate exposure, faculty, and other factors. The curriculum is also very vast and do a great value addition in yourself . The exam which you need to give for that is - NPAT .
Now, talking about the placements: NMIMS has decent placement opportunities. The highest salary package was around 16-20 LPA, while the AVerage CTC was 8 LPA.

Eligibility criteria for IES or ESE are
Candidate must have received a degree in Engineering from a university integrated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or acknowledged as deemed to be universities under section-3 of the university grants commission act.
As NMIMS Mumbai is a private deemed university, you are eligible for this exam.
It came to be a deemed university organized under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.

Yes, you have to give NPAT for opting for Bcom (Hons.)
The admission for B.com Hons is based on the admission test NPAT conducted by NMIMS. As per the eligibility, you should have a minimum of 50% in 10+2 in class 12th.
It's a good college for Bcom(Hons). The teachers are good, helpful, and always responsive. The course structure is also good with a good blend of financial, accounting, and theoretical subjects. Various activities are happening the whole year to keep you refreshed.

Narsee monjee would be the best choice over ST. XAVIERS Mumbai College. For any course, NMIMS is better choice even though NMIMS has better management courses but other courses are also very good there.
