with 84percentile score in jee mains and under general category you are not eligible for JEE ADVANCED EXAM.

                   Yes you're eligible. You've to get more than 65% to apply for NITs and IIITs.

NTA has provided for the first time EWS reservation so it would be difficult to tell you the exact information about it but with this rank you might have the chance to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.

According to your JEE Main percentile and previous years cut off trends you can get these colleges :-  National Institute Of Science & Technology, Berhampur.

AIT - Army Institute of Technology, Pune.

you are eligible for NITs/IIITs if you appear in NATA.The eligibility criteria is as follows:

You need to have 50% aggregate in 12th boards and must have 50% in PCM also.
