Dear as u  know  obc  cutoff  is 74 percentile, u r eligible for  jee advance but it is  very  difficult to get  admission in  any reputated nit or  iiit, still u may hope  for  better.

You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

According to your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 2.24 lakh, with this rank you have negligible chances of getting NITs or GFTIs however you might get top private universities or state level private colleges with your JEE main rank.

according to your mentioned percentile and rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs with this rank, however if you belong from states like Meghalaya, Nagaland, Uttarakhand where new NITs are present ,you might get non core branches at these NITs with a domicile quota

Sorry to inform you that you may not me eligible for any of the NIT college based on estimation of the previous cut off . You have missed it with some point differences . The cut off for OBC is 74.31667 .
