As per your requirement, i would say that as you have passed your bcs in ggnou in 2019, you are definitely eligible for iit mca through giving iit jam for admission into different iits.

Those Candidates have obtained 50% marks in Graduation degree are applicable for MCA Entrance exam. (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)You must have mathematics subject in 12th or Graduation standard.

The Eligible department for IIT JAM Exam for MCA course are BCA , B.Sc (IT,CS) , B.Sc in Mathematics.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

CSAB will soon announce the schedule of refund. If you did not get any seat in CSAB counseling or you cancelled your allotted seat, then you will have to apply for refund after CSAB counseling is over through their official website -

You will be refunded Rs. 35,000 as Rs.1500 is charged as processing fee.
The refund process will take some time.

Narula Institute of Technology is a private and autonomous institute affiliated to MAKAUT.

The placement at Narula Institute of Technology especially of civil engineering is not good. For civil hardly 2-3 companies like Simplex, Pinnacle etc. visit.

The highest package offered was of 3lpa. Many students are left unplaced.

Some BPO companies also come which also students of all stream to sit for placement. But their CTC is very low.

Sorry to say but the information you have is wrong. For admission in NIT,IIIT you must have more than 75% aggregate for General and obc category students.

Even SC,ST students should score more than 65% to be eligible. I would suggest to give class 12th exam again with NIOS board

No telangana students are eligible to participate in CSAB NEUT counselling. It is only for admission for students for 12 states and union territory. The students should belong to Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, andaman and nicobar and Lakshadweep.
