Yes, you are eligible to get admission in IITs as you will have to give Gate exam for the same.

Sorry to say but at 270000 rank....you have no chance to get NITs......but you can definitely try for private colleges based your rank in states of orissa,gujarat,rajasthan,west bengal....also if you have given any other entrance exams then try for those

Please share your AIR as the admission would be based on that only and as per your above mentioned category rank chances are very less to get seat there.

No, you are not eligible for NITs/IITs/IIITs and CFTIs.
You should secure 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile in order to be eligible. You can apply for private colleges.
