no it's not compulsory to apply for both exam , its just chances given to you means you will have two chance to score good in NATA . if you didn't score good in first chance then you will be eligible to score in other chance.
so don't be confused and just give exam.

for changing your test center you have to wait for windows means after form filling their is a procedure when you can edit you application and that will happen when change window will open. till then just wait for window reopen and when it open you are eligible to change your application.
nata 2020 session results date which was held on 29th august will be announced on 17th september. it can vary as results depend on education council but they will soon announce results , till then just check on official website and be updated.

According to last year's cut off, your nata score and wbjee rank may not be sufficient for getting B.Arch admission in Jadavpur University, especially if you are from general category.
However, if you are from SC/ST there is a slight chance of you getting admitted for B.Arch in Jadavpur University in the last rounds of counselling.

Eligibility Criteria- Passed 12 th with a minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as the main subjects
Eligibility Criteria- For B. Arch. the candidate must have passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination (or) 10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central, State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory.
NATA Score (Minimum 70 out of 200) or any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/State Government (including JEE paper II Aptitude test in Architecture ) as per guidelines given by COA and same will be checked at the final verification.

Still in some exception cases the fee is refunded.
