Hello Aspirant,
You are seeking admission in B.Arch course in VIT must ensure their eligibility before applying for admission. The eligibility criteria includes conditions of age,educational qualification and nativity which need to be fulfilled. Details eligibility criteria is provided here
You must have studied in the regular and full-time category in higher secondary school examination.
Candidates should have passed in class 12th or equivalent and secured a minimum of 60% marks and with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
For SC/ST, J&K and North Eastern states, candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent with 50% marks and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
You must have a valid score in the NATA 2020.

last year minimum score was 150 for getting admission in Sir JJ college Of Architecture.the score is an aggregate where itis calculated by taking into consideration 50 percent of your score in NATA and 50 percent of the board percentile.since your aggregate is less then the minimum score you have no chances for getting admission in Sir JJ college Of Architecture.

the eligibility eligibility criteria to appear for the NATA exam is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from any recognized board or equivalent and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in physics , chemistry and mathematics subjects altogether.

Hello,Yes you can get admission as you have good result in both NATA and Intermediate .i think you can get admission . If you have written JEE it might be so easy to get admission.

Your entrance score is good. You are not eligible for NIT due to eligibility criteria. Usually, 75% is the minimum percentage requirement. may be for this year, it may get decreased by 5% or more.
do check the updated eligibility criteria. if your 12th percentage satisfies the minimum limit then you can apply for NIT campus.
apart from NIT, you can also apply for school of planning and architecture. There are many campus located across India. you can also apply for government college/universities.

Kindly be informed that the Response Sheet and the Score Card for the First Test of NATA 2020 has been published at the official website of NATA and the same can downloaded from the same website after you login into your account with your proper credentials.
Also be kindly informed that the Second Test of NATA 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 12th of September 2020 in three different sessions. The pattern and weightage of the questions will remain the same as mentioned in the brochure of NATA 2020.
