The SPAs in India DO NOT accept NATA score for admissions.
SPA Delhi admission is based solely on the score you have obtained in JEE Main (paper 2).

It is difficult to tell you the exact about to get seat in JNFAU. As per your marks in NATA , there may have chance to get admission in JNFAU. To get admission in JNFUA. But you can fulfill the cutoff of diploma .
