As along as you have valid category certificate you can apply under your category to claim reservation.So, yes you can apply for NATA under OBC category, there will not be any problem.You can also change your category from genera to OBC in JEE mains application form if you are applying for April session.

see there is no age limit to appear in nata exam, the basic eligibility criteria is you need to score at least 50% marks in 10+2 course, also need to score 50% marks in physics chemistry and mathematics in aggregate. there is 5% marks relaxation for sc st, onc-ncl and pwd candidates,
so if you meet the above criteria you can surely apply.

NATA do not hold any counselling process, the state University participating in NATA or accepts NATA holds their separate counselling process. There are around/more than 400 colleges participating in the process. I would suggest you to go on the website of the college you prefer to take admission in and look out for the latest notification or updates given by the college regarding counselling.
