National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Hi Ragul,
To normalize you NATA marks, your score in NATA and your board percentage is considered. This normalized score will be your NATA cutoff. To calculate this,
((Your Nata score out of 200) / 2 ) + (Your Board Percentage)
Now, your board percentage would be, 71.83 %
And your NATA score is 80. Which means,
NATA cutoff = 71.83 + 80 = 151.83
All The Best.
Hello Ragul K,
The Final Merit score is calculated based on you 12th Board exam percentage and your NATA score.
Just divide your NATA score by 2 and add your board percentage (which is out of 100) and then divide the total by 2. That gives you your Final Merit score.
For example: If your 12th Board percentage is 80 and your NATA score is 120.
Then,
120/2 =60 (NATA score divided by 2)
60+80 = 140
140/2 = 70
Hence, 70 is your Final Merit score.
.
Marks obtained out of 200 and in each component.

following rules will determine the qualifying marks for NATA 2018:
Minimum 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
Minimum 25% must be secured in Drawing portion (20 out of 80)
Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council.
Hope this helps...
Thank you and all the best...
Hello,
Based on your nata score you can get good colleges but you also need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the colleges as different colleges have different eligiblity criteria so it totally depends. You can check the complete list of colleges in below link for your choice.

Atleast 80 mark's are required to clear the cuttoff of the examination of NATA. Since you have a score of 130 around then its a good score. Your score are fine and so you would be elligible enough to participate in the counselling proceedings of the Nata for seeking admission through that.
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
As you will be knowing that there is no centralized counselling for NATA exam, you will need to apply separately for each of the desired NATA participating institutes.
If you qualified in NATA, you will be called for the counselling procedure by various participating institutes. You will get admission on the basis of marks scored in NATA.
Note:
The seat allotment of NATA depends on the availability of seats in the participating college.

Thank You & All the best!
You need to go through the councelling process which is as follows:-
The Council of Architecture (COA), which is the exam conducting body, doesn’t conduct counselling of NATA. Instead, candidates have to apply in the desired institute among the participating institutes separately based on their NATA scores for admission to B.Arch course. To be eligible for participation in NATA 2019 counselling, candidates have to score the minimum cutoff marks in the two individual components and also in aggregate. Additionally, the NATA applicant would also have to meet all the other eligibility criteria specific to the institute. Again, since there is no centralized counselling of NATA 2019, there is no uniformity in the counselling processes adopted by these institutes.
NATA 2019 result for phase 2 exam is expected to be declared on July 21. Candidates will be able to check their results on the official website of the exam by submitting their registered credentials to login.
NATA 2019 phase 2 exam was held on July 7. Soon after the exam concluded, the council had released the provisional answer key for NATA 2019. Check for the result and then check on careers360 college predictor to check for possible colleges.
Below factors will be taken into consideration while calculating the candidate's NATA score:
1. At least 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
2. At least 25% must be secured in Drawing portion (20 out of 80)
3. Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council.
Aspirants will not qualify the exam until and unless they satisfy the conditions above. NATA 2019 cut off will be valid only for admission to the 2019 -20 session.
Yes most colleges finish their counselling after first NATA itself which is not favourable for those who wish to appear for NATA July. However each college holds counselling separately as Council of Architecture which is the organising body of NATA does not conduct any Joint counselling process. So search for colleges which perform counsellin for students who appeared for NATA July. Else the NATA score is valid for 2 years and you may get admission in any college within 2 years based on your score. All the best!
Based on your nata score you are eligible to get admission into this college. But you also need to fulfill the college eligibility criteria like you should pass 10+2 with mathematics as compulsory subject. And since intake for this college for B.arch (general) is only 45, So it totally depends what cutoff this college set as it could be higher. For more details check their official website.
