Hello Dakshata,
NATA Examination consists of two parts. Namely,
1. Drawing
2. Online aptitude test.
For drawing, you need to have knowledge of 2D, 3D, and Perspective. And also information about architects, well-known architecture, famous buildings and the material used.
Sketching and drawing play a very crucial role. You need to practice your skills. Practice every day. Start with simple tutorials from your guides. Once you form a basic understanding and structure of strokes, shapes, and scales, try and sketch our surroundings and things of your liking. The color scale also plays an important. Having a good taste in color combination will help a lot. You need to see and understand which colors are more virtually pleasing.
For online aptitude test questions asked are mostly from Logic and Reasoning, Visual Aptitude and general information and knowledge on Architecture History and current affairs. Try to find out more and more on the current architecture. History is also important. For aptitude, you can buy Arihant’s NATA guide, it is quite cheap and helpful.
Keep practicing. Practice is all you need. Spend a few hours on each topic.
All the best.
