National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Hello Ma'am ,
As you know Sir JJ college of Architecture is one of the top ranked colleges in India. So they have a really high requirement of scores. NATA cut off for the genaral category goes 145+ and they also require a good score in HSC.
For addmission in B.arch in other institutes also require 50% marks in HSC and a valid score in NATA that is 78+ out of 200. Some colleges also consider a ratio of 50:50 of both examinations.
Considering your daughter's score , addmission in Sir JJ college is next to impossible. But you can try in low ranked colleges of your state , your daughter has a valid score but it's a bit low to get into a top ranked college.
Some colleges also have reservations for the State board students , you can grab that if your daughter is from Maharastra board.

Hello Vamsi
There is no link between the both the exams. Both are not related to each other. Because NATA is related to architecture whereas EAMCET is related to Engineering. Both are different fields. If you qualify in NATA exam you can go to the NATA counselling then no need of thinking about the EAMCET exam qualifying.
Hope this will helpful
Good Luck.
you can use both the papers marks to take an admission but for jee there will be a bit problem as your percentile is low.
so choose nata for admission. here are some college names which you can consider for an admission:-
for more details check the merit list of the above listed colleges and find one which is suitabel for you.
you can search for other colleges also from the link:- https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/ranking/2018/top-engineering-colleges-in-India-accepting-nata-score
Hope it helps!
hey there,
Well NATA has its own cutoff criteria, and the 10+2 criteria also.
you need to score more than 50% in your 10+2 if you are from general category, for other cstegories it is 45% and above.
The NATA cutoff is mostly 80 out of 200 for general category,so you must score above 80,and for the drawing part you must score atleast 20 out of 80.
It might be difficult to get a good NATA college but,you can still try.
All the best!
