In order to get admissions in any Architectural college you need to score above 80 in NATA EXAM.
Since,you got 45% in your PCM there are chances for you to qualify for the counselling program, because, For SC/ST there is a 5% relief from the aggregate of 50% . Hence, there are chances that you might be able to get there,apply soon for the counselling round.

For admissions, it is generally required to have 50% aggregate With maths as a compulsory subject.

Your admission through NATA is based on your merit system. Divide the NATA score by 4, and your CBSE result by 2, and add them to find your merit out of 100. Normally colleges accept a student who has 60+ merit overall, and sometimes colleges even go for lower merit in some cases (including category)

Your admission in agricultural engineering depends upon your NATA score and 12th class board marks. 82 marks are below average marks. The maximum score is 200 and if your score is above 130, you'd ending up with decent private college. If you want a government college, yourscore shouldn't be below 150.

Nata result depends on board examination score and the NATA. It is calculated for 200 marks.
If you score above 130 for 200, you will be ending up in a good private college. If you score above 150, you are most likely to end up in a government college.

Yes you can get admission on basis of nata score as it's quite good. But regarding government colleges, it's hard with that score, please check for private colleges.
